Under the guidance of Mrs. Deepali Chandra, CCIT-1, Delhi, and the supervision of Mr. Deepak Tiwari, PCIT-10, New Delhi, a Capacity Building Programme on “Contemporary Issues and Challenges in Giving Effect to Appellate Orders” was organised today for ITIs and officers of the rank of ITO and above.
The session was conducted by CA Shri Hari Om Jindal and CA Shri Suraj Jindal, who deliberated upon several contemporary and practically relevant issues, including limitation under sections 144C and 153, JAO vs. FAO, DIN-related issues, retrospective amendments, reassessment provisions, approving authorities, and important principles relating to consistency, estoppel and natural justice.
The programme was interactive and focused on practical and legal issues frequently encountered by officers while giving effect to appellate orders and handling reassessment proceedings. The deliberations were insightful and useful for the participating officers.
@KarurVysyaBank_@RBI Very disappointed with today’s experience. Customers, including my elderly father and other senior citizens, were made to wait outside in Delhi heat during lunch hours. When we raised the issue, the branch manager behaved rudely and asked us to leave.

@KarurVysyaBank_ Also I did enquire if there is any such policy where during lunch hours senior citizens or normal citizens/customer has to wait outside the bank for manager leisure time.

if this your service then I am better with other bank. If your customer have to wait outside and manager is important than customer then I think I may not required to have account in your bank @KarurVysyaBank_

Branch manager Aparna was very rude she literally asked to get the hell out of it. I have back account in this bank for last 20 years. First time in my experience seen that bank was closed during lunch hours even for sitting inside because manager wanted some personal time.
