Has anyone else cancelled their practice plan monthly direct debit now Compass Clinic, High Kelling near Holt has gone into administration? The news of its closure had passed me by until yesterday when a chance phone call to them arose my suspicions.

@nulasuchet I agree in principle but we are just above the threshold and whilst we can live on this day to day any extras like meals out or holidays means dipping into our fairly limited savings. The winter fuel allowance does help a bit. Remove the £10 Christmas bonus though!

@callumringer_ @Steffanaquarone Thanks Callum, I’ve been in touch with Steff - he’s keeping me posted. Thought the closure (when reported in the media) was just a NHS practice in Wells. Kelling changed from NHS to private a couple of years ago and we’ve had to pay private rates since (which doesn’t sit well!)

@Steffanaquarone Hi Steffan, has the Compass Dental surgery in Holt has gone into administration? My husband and I pay into a monthly dental plan and I have just cancelled the direct debits. Very little publicity about Holt just thought it was NHS Wells affected

@SimonCalder Recently flew from Heathrow T5 and still restricted on 100ml liquids. Returned from Dublin no restriction on liquids. ‘state of the art’ T5 still in the dark ages!!!
