HE WON AWARDS FOR INDIA & THEN SPENT 5 YEARS IN JAIL IN A FALSE RAPE CASE PLOTTED BY HIS EX-WIFE: THE UNBELIEVABLE STORY OF KRISHAN SHARMA

Born in a very poor family, Krishan Sharma made Boxing his life. Won state, national and international championships & made India proud. His dream was to represent India in Olympics.

But .....He was barred from playing the sport after it was discovered that he had a lens in his eye which was put after a surgery when he was a small child. He had no clue. He cleared all medical tests for years but then he was suddenly barred.

Devastated, he tried to take his own life. But his parents gave him strength to fight back.

He opened his own academy. Fell in love, got married. But destiny had some other plans. He caught his wife cheating on him red handed. She left him.

When he asked for an official divorce, he was beaten up black and blue by her family. He filed an FIR. She also filed FIR alleging unnatural sex, domestic violence etc

A compromise was struck after intervention of senior officers & he moved on in life focusing on his boxing academy

His students started winning medals and he decided if he couldn't go to Olympics as a player, he will strive to be there as a coach

But destiny again had other plans.

His ex-wife got a boy planted in his academy. One day Krishan was arrested at midnight by police saying the minor boy has filed a rape case against him.

Without iota of evidence, he was immediately jailed. He kept applying for bail and it kept getting rejected just because he was an accused in a POCSO case

When his mother learnt of the charges and that her son was in Jail, she went into complete trauma and died. Krishan didn't get bail to even light her pyre. He eventually got permission to attend her tehervi but after he went back to jail, he was quarantined and kept in a 6x6 cell for months.

Krishan had no one else to even talk with just a cat his companion whom he served the little milk he got while he was in this kaal kothri

After 5 years of trial, he was found innocent where the court observed that there was not a shred of evidence against him. Medical report of the boy was negative, his ex-wife threatened witnesses not to depose in his favour & he had himself demanded a Narco test

But this acquittal did not mean much for Krishan. His life was totally shattered

A man whose name was written on a stone along with other achievers of his village celebrating his victories, he was now a condemned man who had been to jail for years, society still treating him as Guilty

Despite so many setbacks in his life where his love, friends and the sports which was his life betrayed him, he is still making an effort to live

He wants to revive his boxing academy back which is in deplorable condition and we @ekamnyaay are crowdfunding money for the same for him

भिवानी पुलिस के एंटी ह्यूमन ट्रैफिकिंग यूनिट एवं CWC व डीसीपीयू ने शानदार कार्य करते हुए एक 5 वर्षीय बच्चे को पुलिसकर्मी के घर से बंधक स्थिति से मुक्त करवाया है।

सूचना के अनुसार एक स्कूल में बच्चे का नाम बगैर वैध दस्तावेज के लिखवाया गया था एवं फर्जी तरीके बच्चे की वल्दीयत बनाने की कोशिश की जा रही थी।

यह एक बड़ा अंतरराज्यीय ट्रैफिकिंग रैकेट प्रतीत हो रहा है,हम नज़र बना कर रखेंगे ।

The Chief Secretary and DGP have been directed to ensure, on highest priority, the safety of students from the Northeast across the state.

राज्य सरकार को नोटिस जारी कर इस मामले में अभी तक की गई कार्यवाही की रिपोर्ट आहूत की गई है तथा मुख्य सचिव और डीजीपी को पूरे राज्य में पूर्वोत्तर के छात्रों की सुरक्षा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता से सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

कूड़ा बीनने वाले भाई-बहनों के जीवन स्तर की ज़मीनी हकीकत को जानने के उद्देश्य से हरियाणा की राज���ानी पंचकूला में उनसे प्रत्यक्ष संवाद कर समस्याओं का अवलोकन किया गया। इस दौरान कई गंभीर अनियमितताएँ और मानवीय अधिकारों का उल्लंघन सामने आया—
•कार्यस्थलों पर महिला कर्मियों के लिए शौचालय की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है।
•पेयजल की समुचित सुविधा का अभाव है।
•नगर निगमों से जुड़े ठेकेदार कूड़े के ढेर पर कूड़ा छाँटने के लिए माफिया की तरह लाखों रुपये की अवैध वसूली कर रहे हैं।
•कर्मियों के स्वास्थ्य, सुरक्षा और हाइजीन से जुड़े किसी भी नियम का पालन नहीं किया जा रहा है।
•घग्गर नदी के किनारे असुरक्षित कूड़ा कलेक्शन पॉइंट संचालित किए जा रहे हैं, जिससे नदी का गंभीर प्रदूषण हो रहा है।
•स्वच्छता कर्मियों का शोषण और उत्पीड़न किया जा रहा है।
•बायोमेडिकल वेस्ट, सूखा और गीला कूड़ा आपस में मिलाया जा रहा है, जो स्वच्छ भारत अभियान एवं सरकारी नियमों का खुला उल्लंघन है।

इन गंभीर मामलों को संज्ञान में लेते हुए दोषी व्यक्तियों और संस्थाओं को चिन्हित कर सख्त कार्रवाई करने हेतु राज्य सरकार को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए जा रहे हैं,
