It can be at home or out and about - whatever works best for you.

Try to prepare for the next day where you can - like making packed lunches.
Keep daily routines like your bedtimes and mealtimes to regular times.🌛

Severe chicken pox quickly caused sepsis in my lungs and heart, I was critically ill because antibiotics would not work on the infection which had attached to the metal valves and stents in my heart. Eventually I recovered.
I am one of the lucky ones.
