Omg... cooked radishes though! Who knew? Pulled a row of overgrown roots yesterday, would have composted them but then thought I'd give cooking them a whirl, sauteed with onions and they were delicious 😍 all the pepperiness goes - flavour like cabbage with a hint of radish 💚

1) The Hungry Gap is dominating the veg landscape right now. Eeeek! The most challenging time of year for us: when all of last year's crops have mostly been eaten, & this year's crops are not yet ready to harvest. Typically this lasts from April - June, so mid-May is peak! ⬇️

3) This year's British onions won't be ready to harvest for a while, and so in the meantime we've got these lovely fresh green onions to fulfil your allium needs.⬇️
