Though not strictly in line, the President acted in the spirit. Finally, people’s will stands above anything written. Gratitude to the President for proving the post a guardian of the people—unlike the former ones. 🙏

**सितल निवास अलमलमा नपरोस्। तुरुन्त संविधानको रक्षा गर्दै संसद विघठन गरोस्।**

- राष्ट्रपति र पुराना दलका नेताहरु चाहान्छन्, संसद विघटन नगरि जेनजीको माग अनुसार सुशीला कार्कीलाई प्रधानमन्त्री बनाउँ। ६ महिनाभित्र चुनाव गराउँ।

- जेनजी चाहान्छ– संसद विघटन गरेर सुशीला कार्कीलाई प्रधानमन्त्री बनाइ ६ महिनाभित्र चुनाव गराउँ।

- कुरा संसद विघटन गर्ने कि नगर्नेमा अड्किएको छ। पुराना दलहरु संसद विघटन गर्दा संवैधानिक संकट आउन सक्ने भन्दै डर देखाइरहेका छन्। कतिपय कानुनविद्हरु पनि यस्तै भनिरहेका छन्।

गर्दा के हुन्छ? नगर्दा के हुन्छ?
संसद विघटन नगर्दा अहिले घाइते नेताहरु धुलो टक्टक्याउँदै फेरि संसद भवन छिर्नेछन्। सुरुको १ महिना जेनजी जेनजी भन्दै तारिफ गर्नेछन्। १ महिना पछि जेनजीका भाईबहिनीहरु, नातिनातिनाहरु भन्नेछन्। २ महिनापछि ‘को हो जेनजी?’ भन्नेछन्। अनि फेरि उही पुरानै गोलचक्करमा देश घुमाउनेछन्।

-संसद विघटन गर्दा केही संवैधानिक अप्ठ्यारा त आउन सक्ला तर देशको संविधान नै नष्ट हुुने भन्ने होइन। संविधान जोगाएर पनि सदन विघठन गर्न सकिन्छ भन्ने कानुनविदका मर्म आत्मसाथ गर्न सकिन्छ। विघटन गर्दा पुराना नेताहरुको जागिर चट हुन्छ। नयाँ ��न्त्रीमण्डलले देशमा चुनाव गराउनेछ। सरकारी गाडी चढेर, सरकारको नुन खाएर नेताहरुले चुनाव प्रचार गर्न पाउने छैनन्। सबैभन्दा ठूलाे कुरा राजनीतिमा पुस्तान्तरण हुन्छ। दाेस्राे या तेस्राे पुस्ता सिधै राजनीतिमा आउँछ।

- भन्नु यत्ति हो। बुझ्नुस् सम्माननीयज्यू।

The Gen Z’s movement was successful. Many minors and youth were injured and killed. As a result, the gov't has resigned. I will address some of the legal questions that arise in these new circumstances. Presently, note that the Const. remains the fundamental law of the land.

Option (2): Gen Z recommends to the President a candidate from outside the HoR. The President would do the needful and appoint this person as the interim PM. Although not constitutional, this option has been previously utilized to abate a national government during crises.

Constitutionally, the President forms the gov't and has two options: (1) a constitutional one, ie, the HoR forms the new gov't according to existing constitutional procedure; or (2) an extra-constitutional one, ie, a gov't created non-constitutionally but functions per the Const.
