Are you aware that your employees work 16hrs (Oryx) in contravention of the Conditions of Employment Act? Secondly, why are you not providing transportation for workers who have to start at early hours and those that leave late evening? This practice is inhumane @virginactiveSA

@virginactiveSA @Masandie It happens at Alice Lane and Bryanston VA as well. Cleaning staff work 16 hours. I once spoke to an employee and complained to the club manager. The following week, the same employee told me that they were now instructed to not speak with members anymore.
