Landmine #2: The Sept 18 OpEx Volatility Regime Shift Warning

The Setup: VommaxOI isn't just a one-day spike during the July 19 OpEx - it is being built progressively. The progression from -17M to -171M shows institutional positioning for a major event.

Build up phases:

Pre-July 18: Gamma pinning keeps volatility artificially suppressed. Tight ranges may prevail.

July 18 Explosion: VxOI of -55.28M represents massive short vol unwind. Combined with -171.66M VommaxOI = volatility shock incoming.

Post-July 18: 30% VIX expansion expected. Daily moves expand widely ( ±56 to ±73 points). Traditional support/resistance could fail. Vomma collapse to near zero shows complete unwind of tail risk hedges.

Timeline: High volatility regime likely persists until August gamma rebuilds (July 28-31).
