@goaldigger_ke @uber_kenya I gave up on @Uber_Support reports. A driver left with my luggage at jkia screening gate coz he was busy on phone and forgot me. I had to call and got late coz he had to exit and enter the airport again. He didn't even apologise. I reported but no feedback to date.
