70‑летней украинке утвердили приговор в 15 лет колонии по делу о переводах ВСУ

Об этом сообщает корреспондент «Медиазоны» из 1-го Апелляционного суда в Москве.

Рассмотрение апелляции на приговор 70-летней жительнице Запорожской области Светлане Лой проходило в закрытом режиме, прессу и слушателей пустили только на оглашение решения.

До того, как судья зачитал постановление, украинка начала петь «Песню про рушник» на стихи Андрея Малышко из фильма «Годы молодые» 1958 года.

В ф��врале подконтрольный России суд назначил Лой 15 лет колонии. В сообщении пресс-службы говорилось, что пенсионерка «придерживалась антироссийских взглядов», хотя в декабре 2023 года получила гражданство России.

По версии обвинения, с январь по ноябрь 2024 года пенсионерка через мобильное приложение украинского банка сделала 24 перевода в поддержку ВСУ — на общую сумму 63 420 рублей. Другие подробности неизвестны.

The Hitler–Stalin Pact: The Deal That Cleared the Way for War

Eighty-seven years ago today, Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union signed an agreement that cleared the way for the Second World War. Yet the Hitler–Stalin Pact still occupies surprisingly little space in Europe’s collective memory. It remains a stark symbol of the destructive power of totalitarian rule and offers an important lesson for the present: despite their ideological differences, totalitarian regimes tend to co-operate against free societies and sovereign states.

On August 23rd 1939 Joachim von Ribbentrop, Hitler’s foreign minister, and Vyacheslav Molotov, his Soviet counterpart, signed a non-aggression pact in Moscow, under Stalin’s watchful eye. Its bland public language concealed a secret protocol dividing much of central and eastern Europe into German and Soviet spheres of influence. For Poland, it amounted to a fourth partition.

The pact cleared the way for Hitler’s invasion of Poland from the west on September 1st. On September 17th the Soviet Union invaded from the east. This was no mere neutrality agreement, as Russian propaganda still likes to claim, but the political framework for the destruction and occupation of a sovereign state.

German–Soviet co-operation continued until Hitler turned on Stalin on June 22nd 1941. Soviet grain, oil and metals helped Germany withstand the British blockade and sustain its early military campaigns; deliveries continued until shortly before the invasion of the Soviet Union. In return, Germany supplied machinery, industrial technology and military equipment.

The relationship extended beyond diplomacy and trade. German and Soviet security officials met to discuss prisoner exchanges, population transfers and the suppression of Polish resistance. On September 22nd 1939 German and Soviet commanders appeared together at a military ceremony in Brest-Litovsk. The footage accompanying this post offers a stark image of the partnership: the Wehrmacht and the Red Army standing side by side after the defeat of Poland.

The published pact was barely 300 words long. For ten years, the two powers promised to refrain from “any act of violence, any aggressive action, and any attack on each other”. The real substance lay in its secret protocol. Poland was divided between them; Finland, the Baltic states and Bessarabia were assigned to their respective spheres of influence.

The arrangement was revised after Poland’s defeat in the German–Soviet Boundary and Friendship Treaty of September 28th 1939. Germany gained additional territory in central Poland, while Lithuania was transferred to the Soviet sphere. The Soviet occupation and eventual annexation of the Baltic states followed, as did the attack on Finland and the seizure of Bessarabia.

A policy of sweeping repression was quickly imposed in the occupied territories. Deportations, arbitrary arrests and mass executions were among its instruments. The Nazi German occupiers committed grave crimes against the Polish population, particularly Jews and members of the country’s social elites. In the spring of 1940 the Soviet NKVD murdered thousands of Polish officers and members of those elites; Katyn became the best-known site of this crime. These atrocities laid bare the brutality of both occupying powers.

The partnership also required some abrupt adjustments to historical truth. “Who controls the past controls the future,” George Orwell later wrote. A Bavarian schoolteacher reportedly captured the absurdity of the new German line: “Now one has to be rather careful at school. Suddenly you read something aloud from Hitler’s book Mein Kampf, and then you end up in Dachau for disparaging the present government.”

After Germany invaded the Soviet Union, Moscow performed its own reversal. References to the preceding co-operation disappeared from Soviet books, newspapers and encyclopaedias. The Soviet authorities denied the existence of the secret protocol until 1989.

The pact still occupies a curiously modest place in western Europe’s historical memory, particularly in Germany. German remembrance rightly centres on responsibility for National Socialism and the Holocaust. But this has sometimes fostered the suspicion that greater attention to Soviet crimes and German–Soviet co-operation might dilute that responsibility. It does not. The experience of central and eastern Europe cannot be understood without both.

In 2009 the European Parliament designated August 23rd as the European Day of Remembrance for Victims of Stalinism and Nazism. This was an important step. But the pact and its consequences still need to become more firmly embedded in Europe’s collective memory.

Roger Moorhouse, a British historian, found an apt name for the arrangement: "The Devils’ Alliance" is the title of his important book.

"Большой вопрос вызывает условия приобретения билетов. Продажа осуществляется в рамках акции, условия которой покупатель должен принять при приобретении билета. При этом предусмотрено, что билет нельзя вернуть по собственному желанию, а замена артиста организатором не является основанием для возврата денежных средств.

То есть условно билет покупается на Канье Уэста, а организатор впоследствии может заменить исполнителя на Шамана - и покупатель при этом не получает права отказаться от билета и вернуть деньги.

Но сейчас даже это вторично. Главное - люди заплатили деньги и не понимают, получат ли они билеты на существующее мероприятие и что вообще происходит

Приобрести билеты, согласно опубликованной информации, можно только на официальном сайте мероприятия. Тысячи людей приобрели билеты и сразу получили подтверждение оплаты. Но билеты так и не поступили даже после многочисленных попыток самостоятельно восстановить их через сервис помощи зрителям на официальном сайте мероприятия.

Функция восстановления не работает: при каждой попытке возникает ошибка. И проблема носит массовый характер. Под постами с анонсом мероприятия уже собрались тысячи комментариев от людей, которые столкнулись с той же проблемой.

При этом на сайте м��роприятия указаны контакты для связи, но не работает ни один из них.

Никаких официальных сообщений от «Газпром Арены», организаторов или платформы, через которую осуществляется продажа билетов, до сих пор нет.

 На данный момент у людей деньги списаны, есть чеки, но они до сих пор они получили сами билеты. Сайт продолжает выдавать ошибки. И самое неприятное здесь - полная неопределенность. Непонятно, действительно ли это технический сбой, насколько он массовый и когда будет устранен. Более того, из-за отсутствия какой-либо официальной коммуникации возникает закономерный вопрос: а точно ли все происходящее вообще легитимно?"

Крупнейшая криптовалютная биржа мира Binance выдает Следственному комитету РФ исчерпывающие данные о своих пользователях. В России на основе этой информации возбуждают уголовные дела по тяжким политическим статьям.

В распоряжении «Первого отдела» оказались материалы дела IT-специалиста Юрия Беленького. Его обвиняют в «финансировании терроризма» за донаты на счет, опубликованный блогером Аркадием Бабченко.

Обнаружить эти переводы российские силовики смогли именно благодаря подробному отчету, который Binance прислала по запросу СК. Биржа передала персональные данные, сканы паспорта РФ, ВНЖ Болгарии (Беленький жил в ЕС и с 2022 года числился европейским клиентом), все фото прохождения KYC и цифровые отпечатки, а также историю входов в приложение с геолокацией, реестр P2P-сделок, данные карты Binance Pay и полную историю депозитов и выводов.

Today, the Russians used their ballistic missile to destroy an ordinary house belonging to an ordinary family in Radushne, near Kryvyi Rih, in our Dnipro region. It was the Voronov family: mother Olena, father Artem, seven children – Mark, Dominika, Zakharii, Azarii Ilai, Federica, Emilia, and Viorika – and one-and-a-half-year-old grandson Artem, the child of their eldest son, who is now defending Ukraine. As of now, it has been confirmed that parents and three children – Mark, Azarii Ilai, and Emilia – were killed. The Russian missile struck with such force that almost nothing was left of the house… Fragments of human bodies were found under the rubble, and only forensic examinations can establish which members of the family they belong to. The fate of Zakharii, Dominika, Viorika, Federica, and Artem is still being determined… It is a horrific crime of Russia’s war against Ukraine – against ordinary people, against ordinary life.

This Russian evil can only be stopped by the whole world. No one in the world can be left to face such terror alone. And when we say that Ukraine needs missiles for Patriots, when we seek the capabilities to defend ourselves against Russian ballistic missiles, this isn’t about abstractions. We are talking about families like this, people like these, who can live if we have the means to shoot down Russian missiles – if our partners help us with interceptors. Families who can be killed if we have nothing to stop Russian Iskanders with.

It is important that these people are seen by those who make decisions – decisions at the Pentagon, in European capitals, and everywhere in the world where there is an opportunity to help Ukraine protect lives. Reality speaks for itself. Protecting lives is necessary. Air defense missiles are necessary.

Eternal memory to all Ukrainians who were killed by Russian strikes… Eternal gratitude to everyone who helps!
