The last day of the term is for decompression and fun! We had some excellent artists join us today, a face/body painter and a caricature artist. #JoyInTheJourney
At the beginning of their ScenicView journey, new students set specific goals for their future, and map their course toward those goals. Today they each gave a presentation of their plan to the entire staff! Give them a round of applause! #InChargeOfMyFuture#ICanDoHardThings
Autistic Pride Day is this Sunday and raises awareness and celebrates the similarities and the uniqueness of people with autism. The most significant aspect of Autistic Pride Day is that it's organized by people with autism demonstrating their ability to advocate for themselves.
#FamilyDay was full of learning, connection, and fun! We love spending time with our ScenicView families! Our deepest thanks to those who made the journey. #WeAllNeedEachOther
The spacious @SVA4Autism campus is an ideal location for AutCon because it allows us to space out sessions and activities. This way we avoid crowded hallways and sensory overstimulation. Take a look! #AutCon2023
Meet Peter & Connie, married 53 years! Just 1 of the successfully married #autistic couples you'll hear from at our "Marriage & the Spectrum" panel. They may not have all the answers, but they're happy to share their own experiences. #ActuallyAutistic#AskingAutistics
Hope you don't have allergies because #SpringHasSprung at ScenicView! The blossoms are out, the garden is planted, and things are looking ship shape. If you look closely, you can also see our grounds crew students hard at work. #JoyInTheJourney
