Condoling the families of those who tragically lost their lives in the terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir, Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Vidhushekhara Bharati Sannidhanam of Dakshinamnaya Sri Sharada Peetham, Sringeri, stated that the wounds of losing loved ones can never be permanently healed. However, to alleviate, to some extent, the suffering being experienced, Jagadguru Sri Sannidhanam bestowed blessings upon the families, praying that they may find strength and resilience to recover from this tragedy, and announced that ₹2 lakh would be offered as Sharada Prasada to the families of all the victims.

Sri Sannidhanam also condemned the heinous attack and urged followers of Sanatana Dharma to remain united. He further stated that it is the duty of all Indians to support the Central Government and the Indian Armed Forces in their ongoing efforts in the aftermath of this ghastly attack.
