Life Level-Up:
Next weekend my friend @jadair330 and I will be going to see #BoormanAndTheDevil, a documentary on the making of what is regarded as one of the worst films ever made: “Exorcist II: The Heretic.” About five times over the last several decades I’ve tried to get through that film, to no avail. But in anticipation of seeing the documentary, Adair watched the movie, so I knuckled up and forced myself to fight through for the first time. I recorded this video immediately after making it through Exorcist II.

In my opinion, it’s diabolical. The guy has a high likelihood of dying from his disease. He says something JW doesn’t like. JW claims he will be punished with divine judgment for disagreeing with him. It’s hard not to see this as opportunistically taking advantage of the situation so he can claim God is on his side by judging his theological enemy. Maybe I’m just too cynical, but it looks this bad to me. I hope I’m reading this wrong, because that would be really messed up.
