Let's get started, this is going to be a long and confusing one.

To understand what $KNOT is, we first need to understand @quantdotbond, as $KNOT is the first experiment launched on https://t.co/Dni9XkYwdk. Next, you should understand what $KNOT is, as this is the algorithm that you are investing in.

https://t.co/Dni9XkYwdk is a new de-sci/AI platform created by DOX'd developers with a ton of intelligence and experience.

It's a decentralized platform that allows anyone to fund, test, and commercialize quantum and post-quantum algorithmic experiments.

1) Submit an algorithm. Developers propose algorithms with details about their potential and their applications.

2) A token linked to commercialization rights is launched. This funds the experiment and aligns the developer/backers with incentives.

3) Tokens are sold beyond specific thresholds only to cover experiment costs.

4) Algorithms are tested and results are shared with contributors in real time.

5) Enterprises can buy commercialization or usage rights, enabling actual adoption and profits.

Quantum computing puts modern cryptography at major risk in the near future. Experts predict that digital security can be disrupted within just a few years. Not only are your keys and protocols within crypto at risk, but major sectors like banking, defense, and biotech are also in danger.

Knot-DH is more than just a token - it's a post-quantum cryptographic key exchange protocol that uses concepts from knot theory to generate secure shared secrets.

The idea is simple: create a cryptographic system that is resistant to quantum computing attacks by basing its security on the mathematical properties of knots and their operations.

🌟3.1: How does Knot-DH work?
I'll try my best to explain the actual algorithm behind Knot-DH here. I'm not a quantum expert and this is just my understanding.

P (public knot):
Randomly chosen, oriented knot that is shared publicly. The starting point of the protocol.

A and B (private knots):
Participants choose their private, random knots.

A' and B' (exchange knots):
A sends A' = A ⊕ P, and B sends B' = P⊕B to each other.
⊕ is the connected sum of knots, combining two knots into a new one.

Shared key:
Both compute a shared knot:
A⊕B′=A⊕(P⊕B)=(A⊕P)⊕B=A′⊕B

The resulting value is derived from the same mathematical process, ensuring both parties arrive at the SHARED SECRET.

🌟3.2: Why Knot-DH is Secure
1) The security of Knot-DH relies on the difficulty of factoring a knot given its connected sum components. This is computationally complex for both classical AND quantum computers, meaning it's insanely secure - even from quantum computers in the future.

2) Randomizing or canonicalizing the representations of knots makes it harder for an attacker to deduce the private knots

3) Knot invariants are used to compute the shared secret. This makes it efficient for the users, but difficult for an attacker.

Knot-DH is not only incredibly secure, but it also is efficient and flexible. This makes it potentially adaptable for Web3 applications, as well as many other key exchange systems.

🌟Chapter 4: Recap; what am I investing in?
In my opinion, by investing in $KNOT, you are not only investing in the validity of the algorithm. You are also investing indirectly in @quantdotbond as it's their first experiment - similar to @pumpdotscience with $URO and $RIF.

Obviously, you are also investing in a post-quantum algorithm that might be the future of cryptography as we know it.

This all may seem quite complex to understand, but what's important is the results of the experiment.

We're still incredibly early - https://t.co/a9bBeHczHb has not yet started the actual testing on the algorithm, but you can see their progress on their site. So far, here's the completed steps:

✅Development of the core theory
✅Implementation of the core math tools
✅Mathematically-proved the scheme is secure against cryptoanalysis attacks
