@SwiggyCares You can deduct 100rs for compensating time of delivery partner, but not refunding the complete amount is kind of looting. What If I make order of 5000 rs, who give you the right to take the hard earned money.I am going to uninstall the swiggy if I don't get refund.

@SwiggyCares I ordered countless time from swiggy, I am highly upset and dissatisfied with the service and response. Because of bad weather, i didn't get any call, above that, I also called 3 times but no one picked. Is this my fault. And swiggy can charge cancellation fees of 100rs.
