@smarkreilly Housing can’t just happen everywhere. A development team has to believe it can be attractive to buyers/renters for the cost of development. That would have been a hard sell on this site.

@smarkreilly Prestonian was recently built nearby, by a private developer. Why would a medically-focused PPP prioritize housing in the middle of medical bldgs in a loud, bustling hospital district?
Totally agree with the need for housing. But also for areas of respite.
