@JioCare Oh sorry to say this. No efforts have made from the service side regarding the issue. So i m thinking about discontinuing jio connection. For cancellation of connection whats the procedure atleast can they help with that

Internet not connected. Router light not glowing at all raised a service request on24.06.2026. had requested for a earlier resolution. Although it was scheduled 25.06.2026. morning 10 am. No ine showed up. I have to call again for the issues.

@flipkartsupport i see that u are either cancelling the order or delivering a incomplete order. I have ordered few items in Flipkart minutes on may 10. I didn't receive a specific product. I asked through ur customer support chat and they told will refund which is not initiated

@JioCare recently faced very frequent low connectivity in JioFiber.Calling customer care is of no use nowadays.A few days ago I had the same issue and contacted customer care for the same. No person turned out to check the connection.Why so much negligence towards your customers

No response from the service team. I contacted Customer care this morning and told that the concerned person will call.
Till now no calls or updates. Highly disappointed with the service. How long to wait i don't know.

@SamsungIndia washing machine not working, service request made. A person visited and told will 2 days for the parts to arrive. It's been more than 4 days.

Sorry to day this, since no response from your side. I myself went to the apex centre and picked the parcel up. It was in rejected parcels, the reason was not at all intimated either to the customer or the sender. Response given by the staff were horrible
