I dont understand why @Apple is listing their products with @Flipkart when they are refusing to take responsibility for such expensive items. It has been quite an experience and I am never going to order any electronic items on @Flipkart. Never again!

I have had the most uncomfortable and disappointing experience with @Flipkart. First they sent me Apple Airpods that were defective and they refused to take responsibility of replacement because of Seller’s rules. Second, i told them that the code does not match the product

After 72 hours, @Flipkart send me a message saying that my @Apple product will be picked up on 25th June 2020. The replacement/return window shows 10 days on the website. So now I am waiting for 15 DAYS to return with no good reason.
