@NathiMthethwaSA TLDR; Applied for a South African e-visa (EPS-P4Y2) on 15 Nov—faced unclear requirements, tech issues, and zero support. E-visa denied over “invalid bank statement,” despite submitting an official document. Embassy process still ongoing. Had to cancel our long-awaited trip.

@NathiMthethwaSA I am confused, why does the Embassy in Paris deny all questions about the E-Visa? I was told that applying at the embassy was the correct way when I was fully eligible to apply for the e visa. Now I have no visa and I have lost 2000 Euros.

Being Indian, I am no stranger to visa processes but yours has been the most tedious with over 70+ hours spent to get someone to answer near basic questions. Needless to say, I am not planning to visit anytime soon.
