Big studio-upgrades happened over the weekend!

@FellowshipUpd is going to look crisp from now on 🔥

[BattlefrontUpdates @SWBFUpdates]

6½ years ago this was goodbye.

The end of Battlefront II. The end of an era. For years, we thought we'd never see another Battlefront game again.

And now, against all odds, after all this time…

Battlefront might actually be coming back 🥹

[Air @Airrider170117]

[BattlefrontUpdates @SWBFUpdates]

“If you want Battlefront 3 you have to sacrifice GTA 6-”

[BattlefrontUpdates @SWBFUpdates]

Just to be clear as I'm seeing this get some traction - this is a SATIRE account.

I'm not saying these features won't be in a potential Battlefront 3, but the actual story below is completely fabricated.

Whenever I'm asked to point to a single moment I've felt the biggest pride, it was this one. The Battlefront community was and still is one of the most passionate I've interacted with, and all of this work was for them. ❤️

Dice AND Respawn working on Battlefront 3 together?

Sign me the fuck up.

[Joe Brammer @Brammflakes]

DICE and from what I’ve heard Respawn are working on Battlefront 3. Not sure what that means for Battlefield.

[BattlefrontUpdates @SWBFUpdates]

This is crazy - just shows how much of an effect the Battlefront 2 resurgence last year had!

That's when the ripples started... now we're seeing them slowly come to life!

[Daily Star Wars Games @Daily_SWGames]

💥 Star Wars Battlefront 2 was the best selling Star Wars game in 2025!

146% more copies were sold over the previous year in Europe.

Jedi Survivor was 2nd and Star Wars Outlaws was 3rd.

[BattlefrontUpdates @SWBFUpdates]

Hey Lucasfilm - my offer still stands, you've got exactly 2 months and 13 days to announce a new Battlefront game - and the Nien Nunb tattoo is happening.

[BattlefrontUpdates @SWBFUpdates]

Sorry for the late extension but my promise stands for 2026 - announce a new main-line Battlefront game and I'll get a Nien Nunb tattoo!

How I feel about Battlefront 3 today.

I don't care though, I'll cling to that 1% hope no matter what!
