“All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.”
Article 1, Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

It's #InternationalMensDay.
In the UK men remain three times as likely to take their own lives than women.
Sometimes we say we're fine when we're not.
So if your mate doesn't seem okay, don't forget to #AskTwice#ItIsOkayNotBeOkay

Spare a thought for our colleagues who are working an extra hour tonight delivering care to our patients 🏳️
💚💛Really #Proud to be supporting the SWBH BME Staff Network at the ACHIC 2018
This conference is in its fifth year and is an amazing educational event for all health care professionals
Great to have our trust here supporting this important educational event
💛Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. Every 40 seconds, someone dies by taking their own life.
The sad thing is, suicides are largely preventable. We just need to be prepared to ask "Are you thinking of taking your life?" Not a comfy question but it could save a life
🏳️🌈❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🍾🥂

Just under a month until the sky dive! I'm sadly no longer working with the trust but want to leave a gift to continue the work being done for patients living with dementia, LD and delirium. Any donation would be great @SWBHnhs #dementia#delirium https://t.co/2S6oxrnLxA
