If you lift, you’ll understand. Building muscle is harder than people think, especially as a woman. Then you’ve got the challenge of eating enough to keep that muscle on while staying lean. I also want to be lean without getting too skinny, and honestly, it’s a constant balancing act as I also just want to eat donuts lol 😅
@thisismisssally Completely relate. After years of lifting, I've found my sweet spot with 45-min strength & conditioning classes. The mix of weights and cardio keeps me strong, lean and fit. The training is the easy part... the doughnut conversation is another story! 😂💪🍩
