Idk why I typed Box instead of Book :)

As I've been imagining lots of different scenes in Harry Potter to decide what to draw, it's caused a lot of reflection on the story as a whole. I must say that I think Draco being #malfoid would've made the series legitimately so so so so much better.

Book 1 to 4's slightly toxic love-hate 'friendship' childish rivalry with a bit of romantic angst would've been so much better. Could've gone the forbidden Gryffindor - Pure Blood Slytherin Forbidden romance route. As they're kids it would've been cute. Pretty much keep these books relatively the same, with some minor changes adding some romantic angst with maybe some more scenes together, like going to the Yule ball together, Malfoid getting concerned at harry's name being drawn into the tournament. Still got that epic quidditch rivalry from Book 2 - 4. Malfoid still hates hermione, maybe even more so with some slight jealously in there. She still hates the Weasleys etc.

Whole thing would've basically exploded when Voldemort came back at the end of Book 4 and her family and her being drawn into that again, battle lines are drawn. Malfoid working with Dolores still, kinda hating it. Box 6 practically identical but would've had so much more emotional weight, maybe she does kill dumbledore and get the elder wand. Box 7, she still saves harry at her house which would make way more sense and have way more emotion to it. Harry saves her from the room of requirement. Maybe harry never 'wins' the elder wand and so ultimately you get that awesome bit of fanart where Malfoid and harry use the wand to together to kill him. Culminating in Voldemort once again dying 'to the power of love'. Them together in the epilogue at the end.

Idk man it could've been awesome, so much higher emotional stakes with Malfoid, so many better thematic themes about love and about the hogwarts houses in general, redeeming slytherin house more. just gut all the shitty pointless cho and ginny romance aspects from the entire series for more malfoid.

Rant over. #malfoid

@jellyy_dayo Hard to stick with Spotify when YT Premium is the same price. I do think Spotify had better song recommendations though.

@zuzoivt The undeniable truth that harry potter would've been 500x better with malfoid rather than what we got.

Malfoid - "I have to kill you... or he's gonna kill me!"

I have been absolutely obsessed with this twitter trend for the past 24 hours, I have to throw my book into the ring and contribute something! I JUST HAD TO!

@BCarpenterBooks It's even better if Harry never takes the elder wand from Dracoaena, just such peak.
