@AmazonHelp Here’s the response I got. Amazon isn't able to resolve shipping problems after delivery, as outlined on our website in our Conditions of Use, noted under 'Risk of Loss' which states: "All items purchased from https://t.co/KugmMLIlPc are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
