@AmeriGasTanks Your customer service is unacceptable. We’ve called every day for over a week and still have no propane delivery. You told us delivery window Monday–Friday (too long), and it’s now Friday with nothing! While it’s 28° outside. This is unsafe and unacceptable.

@evolveVR should be ashamed for automatically giving every guest a 5-star review. If you can’t review guests honestly, you shouldn’t review them at all. Blanket 5-star guest reviews do a real disservice to hosts who later deal with bad guests and rely on accurate feedback.

@CarnivalCruise CPAP is a medical necessity and it is inexcusable to have a cruise ship in America that does not have 110 outlets. We are on Carnival Luminosa and all our room outlets are European. Nothing in the booking info made us aware. No adaptors anywhere on ship. Shame!!

@AmeriGas we requested service three days ago and we’re promised they would be here in less than 24 hours. It has now been 72 hours and it’s 28° outside. I called again this morning and they promised they’d be here today and they still haven’t shown up!!! Now 10:30pm.
