We have even escalated to Sr. Superintendent of Post Office Mumbai North Division and [email protected]

@IndiaPostOffice We have used 'appropriate channels' for raising our concerns. But we do not get any formal reply from [email protected] or [email protected].
We get calls from post office that payment will be made but there is no commitment. Expecting better from India post.

Please help me get the difference in amount.

No electricity for the last 3 hours in Mumbai. Your SLA is 90 minutes to check the issue no one has visited our building yet.
This is happening again this same week.
Please look into this on priority.
