PushaT : "Sometimes I wish my fanbase was more like Jcole's"
Jcole's fanbase is the most bulletproof fans in Hiphop right now, They don't let all the BS narratives get to them and it's fireππ.
These the tweets that make me happy lol cause we spent soooo much time in rehearsals going through these light songs by song, beat by beat, moment by moment and sometimes it gets frustrating but the pay off is more than worth it.
@iamcrakie@nfr_podcast@The_Giog No it wasn't. Listen to fire squad, listen to his interviews. Even before this year, he talked about how the braggadocio bars were just him rapping (I think he mentioned it in his sit down with Angie Martinez). He still cared about the craft, but didn't care about the crown
@Brian98245896@SFWsalesgirl@its_The_Dr He told them they could get ticketed for parking in the wrong area, then git hit with BEAR SPRAY. In what reality is that a sane response?
@Akm_102@Tha_realangelo Cole rapped his ass off on MDL and TFO. Don Toliver did not have more bars than Cole, which is what we look for in Hip Hop albums. I think 7 minute drill & the apology is still clouding niggas minds
@iamcrakie@nfr_podcast@The_Giog The big 3 all wanted to and did leave a mark. Cole stopped wanting the crown after FHD, Drizzy stopped caring about respect after If Your Reading This got exposed for having ghostwriters, & Kendrick always wanted the crown & Respect.
I love both Kendrick and Cole with my whole heart, and everybody who knows me irl knows I ride for both of them.
But thereβs a reason I only hang with Cole fans recently. Been so tired of yβallβs shit since late 2024.
@birdie_raven7 How about when Punch from TDE had to come out to tell the kendrick fans to relax on Lupe?
Curious on your thoughts as to why he felt he needed to say that if the kendrick fans weren't so loud?
@birdie_raven7 Also, isn't it interesting that Punch from TDE had to come out to tell niggas to chill on Lupe because shit was getting out of hand? Seems like TDE knows how loud their fans can be too
@birdie_raven7 Must be my algorithm, but anything hiphop related on the internet involving the big 3, its usually Kendrick good, Drake bad, Cole a clown for apologizing. When's the last time you actually seen any criticism of Kendrick be received with a level head?
