One Republican Senator reported that he had a two hour conversation with Mitch McConnell about Fermat’s Last Theorem. Kentucky's Senior Senator is fine and sharp as a tack.
@iamGrushenka Graham Linehan blames every single civilian death in Gaza on Hamas' alleged practice of using human shields. Linehan has become a Hasbara wind-up toy. Yes, I know. My tweets in Latin were far more offensive than Linehan's apology for mass murder.
@salltweets And if the law declared the earth to be flat, the earth would be legally flat. If the law declared two and two to be five, two and two would legally equal five. And if the law declared Mr. Wu to be intelligent, he would legally be intelligent. He'd still be really stupid.
@SVPhillimore@jelledrook Okay, I agree with you there. Somewhat. I mean, part of the reason why Alex Drummond of Cardiff is widely used by the gc community as a reductio ad absurdum is that his attempts at presenting as a woman are so laughable.
@SVPhillimore@jelledrook But... I think it's important to mock the people in power who advocate this blatant nonsense, such as the tenured professors in the humanities. They are taken seriously simply because of an aura of scholarly prestige, and mockery helps to puncture this aura.
@SVPhillimore@jelledrook Even Magdalen Berns famously employed mockery, especially with Alex Drummond of Cardiff and Riley Jay Dennis. And it's really hard not to laugh at the obviously circular definitions of "gender identity".
@thepainguy Hey, Democrats, if you really want to save Democracy from the Orange Fascist, here's an idea: have someone other than a Genocide Candidate run against the Orange Fascist.
@thepainguy By the way, when Harris was A.G. of California, the court ordered her to free a bunch of prisoners. She ignored that order and used those prisoners who should have been freed as slave labor. Rule of Law? Are you serious?
