@SkyHelpTeam It’s been two weeks, they haven’t a clue when it’ll be fixed, and we are left in a hole with no internet. No offer from you to send a dongle to atleast get us online, nothing. Instead you ask me to book an engineer visit, despite them being able to achieve nothing!

@WeAreOpenreach None of your engineers who’ve been on site, 3 times in the last week, could even give an estimate of how long it will take you to fix. This isn’t acceptable. Sit in the dark and wait? The service providers keep telling us to book and appointment, but the engineers cant fix it!
