@elonmusk I think the term protected speech is more important. Free speech allows for hate speech which is clearly wrong. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, then get offended when other people’s opinion doesn’t align. But that’s the beauty of it, differing opinions are important.

@elonmusk other engineers and I work very hard but you can’t expect us all to put in the hours of a Founder/CEO. We simply don’t get the same reward as a founder or C-Suite exec. It would be different if it’s my own company but it’s not. Work/life balance is key for retention.
