@rubyemerald_ soulless slop etc. is so much worse than using a smarter searchbar instead of the regular searchbar (that already "consumes water"). You need to be more selective about the issues you're consumed by; there are much bigger problems to deal with, even on the environmental front.
@rubyemerald_ AI's impact on the environment is ridiculously exaggerated to the point where I don't believe you can leave your house regularly and decide that ChatGPT is what has fucked up the climate. AI overuse destroying the critical thinking of kids, replacing artists in favor of (2)
@kurvykary@KevvGee__@hfrpodcast this is a real song though, it's from the same timeframe as the 100 gigs songs so like early early iceman cuts and the sound fits too
A month ago @JColeNC dropped “The Fall-Off”
On release day I instantly made an artwork about it, felt like something I needed to do.
Little did I know that picture would turn into a quest to make an inspired one for every track.

@TheVisionAll@kamiskilled@gothamhiphop If you’re not being intentionally obtuse you’re weird asf bro, if flare jeans or earrings “pushing transgenderism” (whatever tf that means) then Drake is as guilty as Dot. Only talking about Drake because this is the angle you’re taking though, I fw both, I’m just not a weirdo
@iyoushetwt Yes. Spotify is superior. The UX, overall optimisation of the app, Jam, Radios, SpotifyConnect, the playlists in general, the social features & the app's much better cross-platform compatibility etc. Apple Music only looks good. It sucks in functionality compared to Spotify.
@dontblamealex - 7/10 people use Spotify so it’s easier to make a jam, share a playlist etc.
- the mix feature is sick
- the “radios” are great for finding new music
- i’ve always had student pricing or a family plan so the price doesn’t rly mutter to me
@dontblamealex Spotify’s UI functionality-wise. Spotify gives me my top monthly artists, on repeat songs so that’s 99% covered but it offers more info on artists (stream, listeners, playlists, merch, tours etc.). For me it’s Spotify >> for a few reasons:
@balancedoutt@DittoGlasses@TenZOfficial i’m amazed that people don’t see this lol. It’s not even an inherently bad thing, it’s just the truth that the person that initiates the breakup (or consciously pushes the other to do it) did not want to be in the relationship anymore, whereas the person getting dumped still did
@jmacgroup1@Cba9q@elonmusk Perfectly said. As someone who lives in a center-right governed country, it’s still shocking to me that the choices in the US are center-left or right to far-right. The rhetoric pushed by republicans is considered fascism here, and their agenda would be laughed off as propaganda.
@recklessrav22@Kurrco Kanye did this with GOOD Fridays, Russ did this for a few years, The Game did this and called it “Sunday Service” (so there’s the alliteration). This is not a new idea dog
