@j0rdandavids0n@KevinSabet@GoodDrugPolicy@learnaboutsam My 22 year old Son Matthew Eller died from natural whole leaf Kratom Powder (the least potent form of Kratom available in the United States). Kratom caused him to have a seizure, go into cardiac arrest and die. His toxicology and autopsy showed he died from the kratom alone.
Ohio Dept of Agriculture Division of Food Safety guidelines, natural leaf kratom may only be sold legally if it is in its raw, whole, dried, or powder vegetation form. It cannot be encapsulated. The act of puting kratom into capsules legally classifies the item as a drug. #banned
