Confirmation from Fire Crews that road closure Warwick road between Tyseley Locomotive Works and Medina road should be lifted and reopen from approx 0700 hours.

Further to our last update regarding the HGV fire near the junction of Loxley Lane and A518 Stafford Lane in Uttoxeter. To advise, the road closure affects the A518 in both directions from the A51 at Stafford through to Uttoxeter.

We have crews from Uttoxeter, Abbots Bromley and Stafford in attendance at a HGV fire near the junction of Loxley Lane and A518 Stafford Lane in Uttoxeter. There is currently a full road closure in place. Please avoid the area.
