दिल्ली के सेंट्रल पार्क की घटना ने कानून और इंसानियत, दोनों को शर्मसार कर दिया है।

सिर्फ धार्मिक पहचान के आधार पर इमरान नाम के एक बेगुनाह मुस्लिम युवक पर छेड़छाड़ का झूठा आरोप लगाया गया और कानून को हाथ में लेकर उसकी सरेआम बेरहमी से पिटाई की गई।

इस घटना की सबसे हैरान और परेशान करने वाली बात यह है कि जिन लड़कियों का नाम लेकर यह पूरा तमाशा खड़ा किया गया, वही लड़कियाँ हमलावरों के सामने गिड़गिड़ा रही थीं और रो-रोकर इमरान को छोड़ देने की गुहार लगा रही थीं। वे बार-बार कह रही थीं कि वे पूरी तरह सुरक्षित हैं और उनके साथ किसी भी प्रकार की छेड़छाड़ नहीं हुई, लेकिन नफरत से अंधी हो चुकी भीड़ ने उनकी एक भी नहीं सुनी।

यदि आरोप सही हैं, तो कपिल कुमार और उसके साथियों द्वारा किया गया यह कृत्य सीधे तौर पर एक नफरती अपराध (Hate Crime) और कानून को अप��े हाथ में लेने का गंभीर मामला है। इस देश में कानून का राज होना चाहिए, किसी उपद्रवी भीड़ का नहीं।

हमारी दिल्ली पुलिस से मांग है कि मुख्य आरोपी कपिल कुमार और उसके साथियों के खिलाफ कानून के अनुसार कड़ी से कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए। इस मामले में ऐसा उदाहरण पेश किया जाए ताकि भविष्य में कोई भी झूठे आरोप लगाकर किसी बेगुनाह की जान जोखिम में डालने की हिम्मत न कर सके। 🙏🙏

गाजियाबाद में राहुल नामक व्यक्ति ने उसकी कार से बाइक टच हो जाने पर अपने दोस्तों के साथ मिलकर मोहम्मद ज़ैद को पीट पीटकर मौत के घाट उतार दिया है, मुस्तफाबाद निवासी ज़ैद अपने दोस्तों के संग स्विमिंग पूल पर नहाने के लिए बाइक से निक��ा ही था कि लोनी बॉर्डर के आस पास उसकी बाइक राहुल नामक व्यक्ति की कार से टच हो गई। जिसके बाद राहुल ने मासूम ज़ैद की बेरहमी से पिटाई की और पिटाई करने करने के बाद भी पेट नहीं भरा तो उसे कार में डालकर नज़दीक ही मनीष प्रॉपर्टीज़ दफ़्तर में ले गया और दफ़्तर में ले जाकर भी उसके साथ मारपीट की गई। मारपीट इतनी की गई कि अब ज़ैद की मौत हो गई हैं।

मैं ज़ैद की बहन का मीडिया को दिया गया बयान सुन रहा था, ज़ैद बहन ��े कहा "क्या मेरे छोटे भाई ��़ैद के हत्यारों के घरों पर योगी जी बुलडोजर चलाएंगे? क्या उनका भी एनकाउंटर किया जाएगा?"

मैं परिवार की मांग और बयान का समर्थक हूँ क्योंकि इसी गाजियाबाद में पिछले महीने एक सूर्य नामक लड़के की हत्या हो गई थी, जिसकी हत्या का आरोप असद नामक लड़के पर लगा, पुलिस ने तुरंत ही असद को एनकाउंटर में मार गिराया और उसके घर पर बुलडोजर चलाने की मांग हुई, इसी गाजियाबाद में सनातनी हिंदू सलीम वास्तिक पर हमला हुआ ज��सका आरोप दो मुस्लिम लड़कों पर जो कि सगे भाई थे, पुलिस ने उन्हें तुरंत ही एनकाउंटर में मार गिराया।
