@harisahmad59 Totally agree. Now AI has made shipping too easy and things that are often overlooked is always distribution.

It kinda explains how 2 people launching same products achieved totally different result.

Does your AI budget grow faster than your MRR? 😂

It’s dangerously easy to justify another $20/month AI subscription because “it’ll help me ship faster.”

But if the product is making $0, where do you draw the line?

Do you have a rule for AI spending before revenue?
