You never know when you might have to scoop a house to get ready. Not Passive Income!

@steveconaway1 @gwiesefarms best thing my wife and I ever did was stop "waiting for the perfect farm" and buy some rental houses. rental houses became close to paid off and perfect farm showed up, real estate is real estate. lot easier to bite off 100k vs a mil on a "perfect non cash flow farm"
