Fox News investigation reveals a network of roughly 100 groups with $825 MILLION in combined annual revenue coordinating anti-ICE protests through encrypted Signal chats and military-style supply operations — including the ACLU, Indivisible, and the DSA.
About 70 of these organizations enjoy tax-exempt nonprofit status and are now under congressional investigation.
NGOs are calling these riots ON and OFF like a light switch. They ARE the deep state army.
Thanks goes to you; appreciate your ongoing support of our @Dolly4Vets Team #DD214 . We've not been through anything like this and tough to find answers to puzzling questions. I love history and social studies and thought it was a good time to take a refresher course so I can better understand what our options
are. 🫡

Good evening, Fox! I appreciate your post. I checked with @grok because it’s important for our @Dolly4Vets
Team #DD214 to understand. That’s why I keep questioning and brushing up on the U.S. Constitution via Hillsdale College.
Judges do have power to order the Executive Branch in specific cases. That’s the judicial check in separation of powers. They don’t “run” the executive (no direct control over policy or daily ops), but they interpret the law and Constitution and can issue injunctions, stays, or orders telling agencies (ICE, DHS, etc.) what they can or cannot do in a lawsuit.
This comes from Article III courts and precedents like Marbury v. Madison (judicial review). The Executive is supposed to “faithfully execute” the laws as the courts interpret them. In practice: Federal judges have blocked or halted deportations many times, including ordering planes turned around mid-flight.
The Recent Plane Incident refers to March 2025, when U.S. District Judge James Boasberg issued a verbal order during an ACLU hearing to turn around deportation flights carrying alleged Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang members. The Trump administration was using the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 for rapid removals.
The White House ignored the order, arguing the planes were already over international waters and the judge overstepped (especially on national security/foreign affairs). They proceeded with deportations anyway. There was contempt talk, hearings, and pushback, but no mass compliance with “bring them back.” Similar clashes happened later with other flights.
Why was a judge “allowed” to do this?
Because courts routinely hear challenges claiming due process violations, improper use of statutes, or constitutional issues in immigration enforcement. The judge ruled the specific action unlawful under the circumstances. The Executive can defy (and argue on appeal), appeal to higher courts (including SCOTUS), or seek stays — but it creates a constitutional crisis when they openly ignore it.
You are right that this creates tension: Executive claims broad deportation power + national security, while judges insert themselves via lawsuits from advocacy groups.
Sheriffs are elected and answer primarily to the people/Constitution in their county. They have significant independence — broader arrest powers, can refuse to enforce certain state/federal directives in some views (especially “constitutional sheriffs” movement). They swear to the Constitution first.
They cannot unilaterally arrest “rogue judges” for issuing rulings we dislike. That would be contempt of court, obstruction, or worse — and higher authorities (state AG, feds) would respond. Judges can be impeached, investigated for misconduct, or removed through proper channels, not county-level arrests. Some sheriffs push the envelope on nullification, but it rarely ends with cuffing judges without massive legal blowback.
Power belongs to the people, branches must stay in their lanes, sheriffs are a local bulwark. But the system does give judges binding authority in cases before them. When executives push back hard (as in 2025 deportations), it tests the limits. Real fix is better appointments, legislation, appeals, or Congress checking the courts — not pretending judges have zero say.
Thank you again for taking the time to clear up some of the questions I have.

This place looks more like an eternal rest area rather than a 'social media' platform. More like anti-social.
Pity what has happened to it. Used to receive hundreds of thank you's right after a drop. Shadow-banned (I don't care what they've renamed it) it's most unkind and unfair or them.
Thank you for the tag. Dear friend:

We have to face it: Democrats are playing smash-mouth football while the GOP is still lawn bowling with the country on the line. The Senate just killed the SAVE Act — again. Four Republicans — Collins, Murkowski, McConnell, and Tillis — joined Democrats to block proof of citizenship for federal voter registration. This isn't politics as usual. This is how we lose our country. Non-citizens voting, rigged rolls, stolen elections — and some of "our" senators are helping make it easier. RINOs who side with the left more than their own voters have no business sitting in those seats. National Divorce talk is growing for a reason. But I'm not quitting. I'm with John Paul Jones: "I have not yet begun to fight!" Wake the hell up, America. We're not winning — we're losing our country in real time. Flood those phones. Primary every weak-kneed Republican. Show up like our future depends on it — because it does. We the People still have one last chance. Use it or lose it.

📢📢📢📢Be sitting down, this is bad, really bad: pensions.
"The states have put everyone's house up as collateral on bonds that they leveraged 20 to 1. This means they BORROWED 20 million for every 1 MILLION they had in tax revenue."
Found in at least Texas, Florida and Maryland - what state and local governments have done is borrowed 20 to 1 against your home property tax revenues.
They have been fraudulently inflating home values - 40% overvalued even - by just putting a few thousands of them on a spreadsheet, working backwards to figure out how much they want, then using those to do standard deviation/comparables, to determine appraisal values of homes across the area.
Effect: fraudulent, dramatic increases in tax appraisal values where of course your property tax bill skyrockets.
A govt. entity such as a school wants a new building, bam! no problem as they use the tax streams from all your homes, say it is $1 million, to go out and borrow $20 million. Highly leveraged!!!
And where does this money come from? Your pensions.
Now rinse and repeat. Remember the rates going up based on fraudulently inflated appraisals due to made up comps.....where now instead of $1 million tax revenue there is $1.4 million.
What does the State and local govts do? Go out and borrow more using leveraged bonds. Where is this money coming from? Your pensions. Including teacher pensions.
It is a vicious cycle including the crooks in the state and local govt. repeating fraudulently inflating property values again, and again and again. Your property tax rates keep going up, they have been doing it for years.
The kicker: hundreds of billions of bonds are coming due, no one really knows how big this is. Your property tax revenues have been spent for decades in the future....and that money is gone.
In Texas alone there are $32 billion in bonds coming due in 12-18 months. And, $30 billion in mortgages due in the same time frame. There is no money to pay them off. And now it is being exposed all those billions were obtained via fraud - who is going to want to refinance those?
The only solution to what is coming is either property taxes skyrocket even more! Or, bankrupting of teacher pensions, other pensions, people losing homes because they cannot afford property taxes and school board bankruptcies.
As Draza Smirh stated "Now I think I understand why those school board races have been so important to control."
I can't remember how many times I have published and stated in interviews Smurfing is found even in some school board races - is this why? To cover it.
Watch 5:37min video published by @thepeoplesaudit Thank you to Kris Jurski for digging deeping into this; the million dollar question is how many states is this happening in??
I have no idea if this is connected but yesterday Warren Buffett is selling real estate investments, google it.

🧵🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: State Department & UN ties to Armed Queers SLC leader now confirmed 🚨🚨
First, credit to @SKDoubleDub33 for the crucial tip, PLEASE follow, they'll be doing a podcast on this soon.
Here’s what you need to know:
🔻 Armed Queers SLC is under investigation for possible foreknowledge of Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
🔻 Their leader, Ermiya Fanaeian, was recognized by a State Dept–affiliated NGO, Utah Global Diplomacy, as a recipient of the "7 for 17" Award for advancing the UN's 17 Goals
🔻 Utah Global Diplomacy has since scrubbed Fanaeian's presence from their website. Unknown when this purge happened. The receipts remain.
Patience as I pull this thread together.
64,000 mail-in ballots were xeroxed in the back of a conference room during the Milwaukee, Wisconsin 2020 election by Claire Woodall-Vogg, which were all for Joe Biden.
She was then caught on camera at 3:00 am on Nov. 4th uploading the fraudulent tabulated votes on flash drives without any chain-of-custody or election observers to steal Wisconsin for Joe Biden in the 2020 election.
An email from Ryan Chew at "The Election Group," emailed Claire Woodall-Vogg stating:
"Damn, Claire, you have a flair for drama, delivering just the margin needed at 3:00 am..."
She was caught and fired. How many other election workers in other states committed fraud just like this that got away with it? The 2020 election was stolen.
