@Olacabs @ola_supports I have been trying to get support in resolving a billing issue on CRN 6521613960. I took a ride from Pune to Panchgani which is 100 Kms and was charged for 250 Kms.

@ola_supports Some additional information, I am quite sure that the driver has played mischief and put in 250 Kms rather than 100 at the end of the trip, knowing that I was paying through credit card and not cash. Please resolve this because my ola account is unusable because of this.

Your contact us has no way to directly contact anyone and my tweet to your support account on Aug 1 has received no response. I will not make this payment till the issue is resolved. This is not only bad service but an attempt to cheat a customer. #OlaBadService #OlaCheating

I just saw an SMS saying that I was billed for 250 kms rather than the 100 kms distance it actually was. This is definitely cheating. #OlaCheating
