In 2018, Jacob Wasserman was paralyzed from the navel down in a bus crash that killed 16 members of his Humboldt hockey team.

He tried sledge hockey, until a friend suggested rowing.

Now, after winning medals for Canada, he's qualified for the 2024 Paralympics in Paris.
