The #bitcoin development community above all else.
As more companies and institutions get into the mix, we all want to help protect and spread what makes #bitcoin open development so perfect.
This day is focused on education and actions to do just that.

Surprised that Elon of all people is being retrospective as opposed to prospective. A world with bitcoin is a world that, at equilibrium, generates more electricity from renewable carbon-free sources.
We shouldn't be concerned about new technologies that use more energy. Lights, air conditioning, computers, electric toilets have all been great additions to society.
It's not about limiting energy consumption, it's ensuring that the energy sources are sustainable and clean.
@Prince_Tweet@skorusARK@yassineARK@wintonARK@nic_carter I think it’s more big picture that this, we have to transition everything, that’s why it’s still good to drive electric cars to push the transition from coal powered electric to solar even if people are charging off the grid versus solar.
@thehill Where would this money come from? What about the students that work through college and pay taxes on that? Why are scholarships partially taxed as income? There are only partial tax breaks for being a student. Why not start by incentivizing working your way through college?
@cleantechnica Crazy. This is not fixing the problem, it’s kicking the can down the road. “More cost effective” is just another way to say short term profits are better than a long term solution in outdated industries like this. Hopefully this is not the route Texas takes!
