Would you pay £2m to buy a business that made £20-£30k a year before you take a salary?

@biogasmouse @Mikeado @LlionJones8 @Nigelrefowens @frankiecrisp1 @BBCPolitics Won’t it make buying a farm less attractive for tax avoiders, so the value of farms will reduce (what does that matter if you’re not planning to sell) potentially taking it below the threshold? New farmers can then afford to buy and work the land, when the tax avoiders vacate it.
