@virginmedia Hi, yes we have parental settings on, but there is no option to set these for the home screen to stop the ads like this showing when tv is switched on that I can see?

@virginmedia Is there a way I can remove the top picks and adverts on the home screen? They are often not appropriate when my child turns the TV on. Currently you have tik tok murder gone viral, insidious and a car exploding on Mr&Mr Smith on there everyone we turn the TV on

Just been to Boggart Hole Clough, David Lewis playground. Sharp wire hanging out of the rope climbing frame which my child nearly had in their face! Please can this be fixed before a child is injured. Thank you
