During my followup call to 1912,I was told a team was already working onsite.I checked the area and found no one near the affected streets or transformer. If work is in progress, why are residents seeing no activity?Consumer deserve accurate updates and timely resolution.

But the moment my warranty expired, a dark green line started appearing on the screen. This clearly looks like a display issue. I’ve used many other brands and never faced such a problem.

I’m truly disappointed with this experience.

I purchased the Lava Agni 3 at launch in October with a lot of excitement, proud to support an Indian brand. Everything seemed fine initially, except for a minor camera focusing glitch which I didn’t mind as I’m not very photogenic.
