@wmata Thank you for responding. When we arrived at Silver Spring, there was nobody to direct passengers to wherever the shuttle busses were. Also no announcements were made regarding shuttle busses.

So many people walking around Silver Spring Metro lost because metro sucks and is offering zero help. Now I have to spend money on Uber to get to my destination. I want my money back. #wmata

@GoCaps1998 I expected some communication with passengers on the train. That is what I expected. Not a single announcement was made, no metro employee was there to answer passenger questions regarding how to get to their ultimate destinations. Very simple and reasonable requests.

What the hell @wmata not a single announcement letting passengers know what is going on, then a sudden to get off the train at Silver Spring because we are now at the last stop when the last stop is normally several stops away. Then we get no help once we get off #wmata #Redline
