La #JSAF aprobó ajustes salariales para la Corporación de la @OrqSinfonicaPR (COSPR) con el objetivo de fortalecer el reclutamiento y la retención, mientras asegura alineación con los principios y métodos de la #ReformadelServicioPúblico de Puerto Rico.

El salario base de los 75 músicos de la Orquesta Sinfónica aumentará en promedio unos $35,000, casi el doble de su paga actual. Además, se aumentarán los salarios de seis empleados administrativos de la COSPR y de la Corporación de las Artes Escénico-Musicales.

Los aumentos, retroactivos al 1 de julio de 2024, se basan en prácticas líderes de retribución, datos del mercado, responsabilidad fiscal y equidad. Este enfoque está alineado con los métodos y principios establecidos mediante la RSP.
