@SourGrapeVA@funnyvtubershit Pippa explaining the ways she was emotionally affected by Joker 2 vs Chat that can't accept that just because the movie was shit
@Kaneko_Lumi@Cool_Bee_Facts@pipkinpippa "Her reasons for liking it are very real, even if that's only in isolation. The movie in context being shit is a simultaneous fact."
@Cool_Bee_Facts@Kaneko_Lumi@pipkinpippa Everybody that boils the opinion down to "pippa likes joker 2, pippa wrong" isn't thinking critically.
Understandable as critical thinking can be painful, but unfortunate.
That's not to say the movie is good, it's awful - but that's their fault, not evaluating the reasons given.
@AngusTaylorMP You seem to be under the misconception that you are debating politely for the course of a civil society.
You are against people that want nothing more than an economic zone, where 'loyalty' is just a vote, bought by whoever offers the biggest incentive /this moment/.
Wake up.
@luca41714873082@Rickyyyy66666@Heath44@DrutangReborn Correct - because the further context available (typically) reduces the likelihood of it being necessary, yes.
There are people that get bullied for being a man, but that's a tangential issue.
If you want to play the morality game on the case of politicians though, oh dear...
@luca41714873082@Rickyyyy66666@Heath44@DrutangReborn Yes. You should treat all men as if they were capable of statistically viable actions.
You should then proportion out that likelihood based on the actual likelihood of it happening based on further context.
You should, in fact, take a rational approach to things, yes.
@KillaKreww The 'disgraceful' guy doesn't get angry, doesn't get defencive, he just... apologises, then behaves?
Clearly that's somebody you need to just remove from all venues immediately, somebody that can be chastised and reflect on it is DANGEROUS!
It's a sign of thinking! Forbidden!
@ContraIndy@karlstefanovic Yes, it turns out that it gets you protection from the U.K. government for the mass-abuse of children over many decades.
Very strange to say you want somebody to get in on that racket.
Or, what, are you saying you're against the guy saying "maybe don't abuse kids? Please?"
@ashineria@IGN They're distinctly related because the fandom of one game killed the other game.
They're further related due to reporting from IGN being incredibly self-unaware for decades now.
Outside of that, absolutely - which is why it's so jarring to see.
@SweettoothOni@X1_Over Are you suggesting that localisation work that messes with the original text to '''make it approachable for the audience''' is bad when it's actually just in poor taste and malicious?
That would just set it in line with the entire current English localisation industry though.
