@Delta Really disappointing experience today! Made it to Detroit on flight 1311. Ran to flight 3048 Gate A24, found door closed early! Rude gate attendant was aweful, said she knew I was on the flight but closed the door anyway. What happened to delighting the customer? ☹️😡
