Might be relevant for patients with a bleeding tendency or on oral anticoagulants; to reduce bleeding.

Synapse Research Institute and Ghent University Hospital initiated a European multicenter study to measure antibodies in order to obtain more information on APS (the AntiPhosholiphid Syndrome). This "APS multicenter study" is still running and results are promising!
