Every small win matters at Syncly.
Fixing bugs. Making reports faster. Getting one “this makes sense now” from a user.
We believe in what we’re building more than anyone else, and soon, you’ll see why.
The past 2 weeks have been about one thing: perfecting Syncly’s backend.
Video content can wait. Nothing matters until crypto taxes in one click works flawlessly.
Soon, we’ll share more than Syncly — including how we use AI to improve our workflows and deliver faster.
At Syncly, our promise is simple: taxes in one click.
Until the backend is near perfect, there’s no reason to promote.
We’re making the best “Syncly sandwich” possible, so when it’s ready, it’s perfect from the first bite.
Focus at Syncly means cutting noise and tuning into the signal.
Abscindere — Latin for “cut off.”
Jobs: say no. Musk: focus on the signal.
Our backend’s focus? Helping you handle crypto taxes simply and reliably.
One thing. Done right.
If a sandwich shop claims to have the best sandwiches, then they should have the best sandwiches.
Nothing else matters until that promise is nailed.
That’s exactly how I’m treating Syncly right now.
I’m going overtime making sure Syncly does exactly what it promises — delivering clear, reliable memecoin gains and tax data.
No shortcuts. No fluff.
Until Syncly is the best, my entire focus is making it the best.
Because when you focus on one thing and get it right, everything else falls into place.

I realized I was trying to put a Band-Aid on a bullet wound with Syncly.
Balancing speed and quality is tricky, but as a founder, you must see through hype and pressure.
I thought, “It’s close enough. Just need feedback.”
But I wasn’t putting my best foot forward with the code.
It could walk, but it couldn’t run yet.
Alex Hormozi said it best:
“Doing the basics at scale is what makes you advanced, not complexity.
Scale creates complexity on its own. You don’t need to add more.
Simple scales. Fancy fails.”
If things aren’t working, I ask myself: Is it simple enough? Am I over-engineering?
Nine times out of ten, the answer is yes.
So I sharpen the axe, cut through the noise, and get back to chopping code.
Every setback is an opportunity to grow. Syncly’s closest to thriving yet.
After switching Syncly’s social to mostly X, I realized founder-style posts have the highest ROI.
At first, I felt weird limiting myself to just Syncly content. It felt like posting for a product, not a person.
But people don’t follow products; they follow people they believe in.
Posting only Syncly felt inhuman, like I had muted the vision and voice behind it.
Being a founder is a strange dance between balance and speed, between what you should do and what you think you should do.
For most sane people, I wouldn’t recommend it because it traps your mind in deep conviction.
So now, we’re back to founder posts.
