I hope this Malami Non-conviction based forfeiture teaches the people what lawyers were explaining about the Tinubu money forfeiture. While it raises a doubt that a crime might have been committed, no one is prosecuted or convicted for the forfeiture to happen.

@egi_nupe Funny thing is the prosecutorial power is even the least in the powers of the HAGF. Any bill must pass through him. Vetting of any contract in excess of 100 million, he approves all farming-out of cases. Though some agencies boycott some of these, but audit queries humble them.
